To Order

Please order through the site if possible. It's very easy to naviagate, just add to your shopping cart as per the screen instructions. I can take orders via email or on the telephone as well. If you want to rent drums or need to discuss a discount for your drum circle, school, hospital etc then please contact me directly. If you want something but don't see it on the website just give me a ring - 020 7700 1808 and I'll see if I can source it for you. 

Ordering Security

I understand the importance of security on the internet, that's why I've invested in the strongest encryption commercially available to ensure that your credit card details and personal details are kept safe.

 

All the ordering done through Goldcoast Drums is linked to the Secure Trading website. None of the data you pass on to us through the site gets passed onto anywhere else other than Secure Trading. Buy in TOTAL CONFIDENCE.

Our Guarantee

All the goods I sell have a 6 MONTH WARRANTY and I am always available after this warranty to discuss any issue you may have with any of the items you have bought. I will always want to resolve any issue you may have with my products to satisty you the consumer. You have my word on that! 

The warranty I offer covers the the quality and craftsmanship of the item and not any damages that have incurred since the delivery of the goods to youself. 

Shipping

All drums ordered that are for UK mainland delivery are usually delivered within 48 hours. So if you order a drum on Monday, you will receive it by Wednesday. Unfortunately I don't send out deliveries on weekends. All drums that are non UK mainland are delivered within 3-4 working days.

Delivery charge for a large djembe drum is £14. Medium drums is £13. Shakers, bells and bags prices range between £3-£4.50.

All non drum items (skins, bags, bells etc) will be delivered within 3-4 working days of ordering.

The price on my site for delivery is for UK & Republic of Ireland addresses, if you want delivery outside the UK & Ireland, email me and I'll tell you the price.

I use Interlink Express couriers for delivery of the drums and balafons. They use a secure tracking system and you have to sign for your goods. They deliver between 9-3 pm weekdays. If you are not in to sign they will leave a card through your letterbox and you can phone them up and get the item redelivered at a time suitable for you. 

All items are delivered using secure packaging. Drums are bubblewrapped and well boxed to protect them.

All postage costs are as per the shopping cart. I keep postage down to a minimum and for all non drum products I use the Post Office service as this has proven to be the cheapest and the most reliable!

Returns

If you are not happy with any product you have bought from me please contact me and return it within 14 days. Also please return the item either in the packaging it was sent in or something equally secure. I can't take responsibility for return items lost of damaged in the post so pack it securely. Once it's back with me I will examine your complaint and then refund your full amount.
